Tom Stark is a Registered Representative and Branch Manager of National Planning Corporation in Wichita, Kansas.  Tom has more than 20 years in the insurance and investment industry as both an Independent Advisor and trainer of Independent Advisors. Tom is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics. Tom is the proud father of two girls and is an avid K-State football fan.
